Centenary University defeated Cedar Crest College 56-39 at home. Senior center Mallory George is one rebound away from tying the Centenary all-time rebounding record. Two more boards will shatter it! George is a great center who boxes out, clears space, and jumps for rebounds. She has several tough-to-guard post moves and can get around anyone.

With only seven players, Cedar Crest made frequent rotations to keep legs fresh. Cedar Crest’s Geminii Cabrera has a quick shot off the dribble. She also does a good job of bringing the ball up against pressure. She had 17 points.

Nicole Cartaino came off the bench to add 10 points for Centenary. She has a strong drop step, but can also attack the opposite block to score. Melissa Rabe had 12 points. She did a good job of drawing fouls and getting rebounds.
