Frank Graziano will be joining a talented group of players and coaches at Salisbury University.

Among the many talented players on the 2016 Point Boro baseball roster, Frank Graizano certainly is one of them. The clutch Pt. Boro hitter, Outfielder, and Pitcher made it known via that he would be continuing his baseball career at Salisbury University.

After talking with Frank about his decision he told me,” I’m very excited to play for such a strong, competitive baseball program. They have made 5 World Series Appearances and 21 NCCA Tournament appearances. The coaching staff is awesome and I’m very excited to play for them”. Frank is more than just a great athlete, he is also a leader for this Point Boro team that has vastly matured over the years.

After making his debut for the Panthers in 2013, he immediately made impact on team that was filled with Juniors and seniors. Unfortunately, this team was not able to capitalize and lost in the first round of the NJISAA tournament and has not yet been able to reach past the Preliminary round of the State Tournament. Last year was a struggle for Frank himself, dealing with an injury that forced him to miss a stretch of the season.

However, this year the panthers will return much of the young talent that has been with them for the past couple of years including Graziano. Heading into his Senior year, Frank will be joining Tim Rossi as well as Josiah Gliddon. They hope that the combination of effective pitching and timely hitting will what propels them to a deep playoff run.
