The RFH Bulldogs came into today with a perfect 4-0 record, looking to extend that to 5-0. Today, they were able to do so with a stellar performance on both sides of the ball. It was a game that went down to the wire. However, RFH was able to net the game winning goal in what turned out to be a 2-1 decision over SJV. Here is a summary of all the action between the two teams.

  • SJV scored first on a botched cross that hit the back corner of the net for an opening goal. It was scored 15 minutes in by Nick Ruggiero.
  • RFH responded in the 31st minute with a through ball from SO Jeremy Nives to SR Matt Maisto, who beat the goalie first touch and buried it in the empty net
  • RFH took the lead in the 35th minute on a long throw from SR Ben Cooper to SR center back Dean Criscitiellio for his 3rd goal on the season.
  •  Markar Krikorian recorded 10 saves in the victory for RFH
